Clear and transparent — how booking, payment, and cancellation of appointments work at the MS Health Center.
Booking and payment
An appointment is confirmed and reserved upon advance payment. Payment is possible by card or in cash. After receiving payment, we wait for you with an email confirmation and instructions for preparing for the meeting.
Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments
Life brings its own rhythms — you can reschedule an appointment without cost if you let us know at least 48 hours before the start. With shorter notice or absence, the opportunity is closed, but unfortunately, we cannot refund the appointment as this time was reserved exclusively for you.
Group healing and events
Registration for group healing or another event is confirmed upon receipt of payment in the order of applications. The number of places is limited so that the group field remains intimate and deep. In case of rescheduling or cancellation of the event by the organizer, we will inform you and reschedule the appointment or refund the amount.
